From the moment I arrived at The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman's Reef, I was enveloped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality provided by the staff made my stay unforgettable, particularly the Front Desk Agent, Bonito, and Tanera, who offered genuine care and professionalism. The amenities were superb, but I did encounter some minor waiting issues. Overall, it was an uplifting experience, and I can't wait to return!
